Some items offer Free Shipping only by request. Free Shipping may not be available for all colors and sizes. There are longer shipping wait times when requesting Free Shipping unless stated otherwise. Free Shipping may not be available to all destinations outside USA or Canada.
Store Credits are to be used towards a purchase (excluding shipping fees). At this time, Store Credits are only given when returning a product. To redeem Store Credits, please inquire with us by email at ajsgiftstore@gmail.com prior to making a purchase or with your purchase. Store credits may be used for any future purchases for merchandise of any kind. Store Credits cannot be used towards shipping costs. STORE CREDITS: never expire and can be redeemed towards Gift Certificates.
AJ’s takes care of the purchase taxes. The customer is to take care of the shipping tax or any customs fees. To help avoid customs fees, please make sure the shipping address and contact number are correct to avoid suspicion. We do everything possible to avoid these fees for you but AJ's makes no guarantee. AJ’s will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by Customs. You will not be refunded if Customs seizes your order if we are unable to obtain the package.

Most items ship Worldwide. In the bottom of the item descriptions will be a list of destinations where the item can be shipped to and where the item can not be shipped to. Also for your convenience, estimated shipping prices are listed. If you purchase more than one item you will save on shipping fees. At this time invoices are emailed to your address that you use for making eCRATER purchases to cover shipping fees on all purchases made outside USA and Canada. For purchases from within USA and Canada, invoices are only sent when more then one item is purchased.
AJ's accepts PayPal & Money Orders. Please allow an additional two weeks to ensure authenticity of Money Orders. PAYPAL - please state Color and Size in "Notes to Seller" or anything else you need us to be aware about. PAYPAL accepts CREDIT CARDS even if you don’t own a PAYPAL account. MONEY ORDERS - add a note stating the Item Number, Name of Item, Color, Size as well as Name and Address of who and where to ship the order to and anything else you need us to be aware about.
AJ’s will never sell or share your information with anyone outside of AJ's businesses. We use your information to keep track of Store Credits. We never sell, distribute, rent, loan, trade, or otherwise disclose our customer information to anyone outside of AJ’s Stores.

Tracking Numbers are normally provided within 3 days of purchase. If you wish to pay a little less in shipping costs you can request to see if the item can be shipped without tracking services. If you wish to have the item shipped with no tracking service, please contact us at ajsgiftstore@gmail.com AJ’s will let you know if it is feasible. MONEY ORDERS are the only payment accepted with non-tracking service purchases. AJ’s will not be held accountable on non-tracked goods. NOTE: tracking services may be mandatory depending on the destination.
Shipping takes 1-3 weeks for Canada and USA except Alaska and Hawaii and up to 8 weeks in remote hard to reach destinations. Save on shipping by purchasing multiple items. All orders are processed usually within 24 to 72 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please take holidays and weekends into consideration. Invoices need to be sent to cover shipping fees. Shipping to a Military address works very different than regular shipping. The US Postal Service delivers directly to the Military and then the Military takes over and delivers to the various bases. Once the shipment leaves the US Mail we can no longer track it. Military Officials may confiscate some items they think are inappropriate. Mail addressed to Military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling. If AJ’s happens to notice the item is restricted for your address we will contact you. AJ’s is not aware of all state/town’s laws and cannot be held liable. AJ’s does make note of this on some items when and where our suppliers inform us. AJ’s has the right to refuse shipment to certain areas of the world due to laws, and refuse to ship to certain places internationally based on high rates of fraud. These places include but are not limited to: Indonesia, the Middle East, and certain parts of the Pacific Rim Countries. AJ’s assumes no responsibility to whether your Country, State or Zip Code allows adult material or not.
